Specific purpose of personal data
We predominantly use the personal data you provided us to respond to your requests, process your orders or grant you access to certain information or offers. If necessary, the data will be forwarded to service enterprises for processing business transactions and/or to credit reference agencies for credit analysis and surveillance.
For the purpose of maintaining customer relations, it may additional be necessary that we or a service enterprise entrusted by us use this personal data to inform you of services offered which may be useful for your business activities or to conduct online surveys in order to be able to fulfill the tasks and requirements of our customers in a more efficient way.

We will neither sell your personal data to third parties (outside the BayWa Group), nor will we otherwise market it.

Data transfer and logging for intrasystem and statistical purposes
Upon accessing our website, your browser automatically transfers specific data to our web server for technical reasons. This among others includes the date and the time of the access, the URL of the referring website, the retrieved file, the data volume sent, the browser type and version, the operating system as well as your IP address. This data is stored separately from other data you enter within the scope of using our website. Use of contractual and utilisation data
